I downloaded latest platform-tools and latest twrp-3.3.1-0-begonia.img. I connected via USB 3.1 and pressed volume-down + power to enter fastboot mode. After flashing twrp the smartphone just reboots in a bootloop showing redmi, black screen, rebooting. Entering Fastboot Mode Power + Volume-Down still possible.

bootloop fix worked for me I try to post this yesterday but nothing happened so what i did was i installed TWRP and in twrp i wipe all data , system, vendor and reboot phone. that was wrong and i stuck in bootloop. so i go back to fastboot and type commands as u say. fastboot boot boot.img fastboot flash system.img fastboot flash vendor.img
type cd\ and press e nter button. type cd adb and press enter button. Type in fastboot devices and press enter key. This command checks communication with the REDMI Note 10 Pro phone and that all drivers are installed correctly. This command relock / lock bootloader and secure REDMI Note 10 Pro device. Type in fastboot reboot and use enter key.
Finally it ended in a bootloop. What I've tried so far: - reflash Xiaomi.eu ROM without wiping data. - reflash Xiaomi.eu ROM with data wipe. - reflash Global ROM with the Mi Flash Tool and "clean all". - reflash Global ROM with the Mi Tool, "clean all" and Relock Bootloader. - factory reset in stock recovery.
